Flowgoodness BFSI Career Accelerator provides in person, hybrid as well as online training programs (check specific program for details) allowing flexibility to students to learn.There are also mandatory residential programs and internships where it is stipulated by employer.

The duration varies from few weeks to 3 and 6 months depending on the course complexity and content and employer requirement. Check each course detail for specific duration.

Depending on the program, Flowgoodness provides career guidance, onboarding support, mentoring and learner coordination, while some specific training program delivery may be done by partner financial, educational and training institutions.

Flowgoodness BFSI Career Accelerator enables talent discovery, sourcing, assessment, interview prep, specialised training and onboarding of graduates who qualify and meet the requirements of specific programs as mandated by employers but does not guarantee employment, placement, salary or job outcomes since those are dependent on aptitude test outcome, interview performance outcome and approval, rejection or selection by specific employers for specific job roles.

It will also be impacted by specific  employers' policies and any changes in specific training programs from time to time, annual intakes and  market conditions.

We however provide complete career support services through multiple training programs such as resume guidance, interview preparation, mentoring,talent readiness, training and up skilling programs from basic to advanced and access to learning opportunities designed to enhance employability and make every effort to support the candidates in their upskilling journey.

Final hiring decisions are made solely by employers and depend on individual performance, eligibility and market conditions.

In either case Candidate upskilling is our focus and their graduation to employment journey is our focus.

Flowgoodness BFSI Career Accelerator will continue to act as a career guidance, outreach and student success partner.

Our role includes learner counselling, program guidance, onboarding support, mentoring and coordination throughout the learning journey.

Training delivery, certification (if applicable) may be governed by the respective partner institutions in specific cases.
